Simply Stellar
Madiha is a pleasure to work with and we always looked forward to our meetings with her. She is able to be consistently professional and agreeable while at the same time adept at leading the team forward in a constructive fashion. She is responsive and timely, always keeping to the agreed upon schedule, often coming in ahead of time. Her listening skills must be honed to perfection because she was just about able to read our minds in terms of desired content and style. Her skill was evident every step of the way as evidenced by how she transformed our medical data and recommendations into a course that flowed well and encompassed all of the material in a fun and engaging way. The end product exceeded all of our expectations and will stand out among similar offerings. Without exaggeration, Madiha’s work was simply stellar. It was wonderful working with her and we could not recommend her more highly
Excellent Creative Partner
Madiha brings a depth of knowledge and creativity when designing the interactive and visual elements of our learning modules. She has been an excellent creative partner, providing out of the box ideas, sharing prototypes, adapting interactive components based on our feedback, and producing an excellent final product. She has pushed us to more effectively engage with learners through streamlining the content structure and utilizing different components of the design platform. Together, her skills and knowledge have taken our products to the next level for learner engagement.
As the research operations director at one of the largest hospital systems in Georgia, I built a highly effective clinical research program by developing a team of over 80 professionals. I identified skill gaps, streamlined processes, and developed targeted training that significantly enhanced the program’s performance and elevated the program culture. That’s what got me hooked on performance improvement through learning design.
Since then I’ve created educational programs and solutions for academic institutions like Emory University’s School of Nursing and School of Public Health as well as the University of Virginia, and non-profit organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association.
I love traveling and photography and was lucky enough to take a year to do both in 2016. Wander with me by clicking through my Articulate Storyline map.
