Worked with several subject matter experts to map out the desired outcomes of the training. Developed eLearning that takes the learner through the course content to educate them on key topics, case studies to provide specific examples and then reflection exercises that allow them to practice what they are learning. The course ends with the learner applying what they have learned by developing their own action plan.
